1 Drop Of Cinnamon Essential Oil
1 Drop Of Cardamon Essential Oil

1 Teaspoon Of Raw Honey Or Maple Syrup To Taste
A Sprinkle Of Powder Cinnamon
Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Sprinkle with powder cinnamon.
