Ok time to divulge my summer obsession, fresh Basil! I’m a regular shake drinker and having my breakfast shake everyday is one thing I stay committed to. I love the way it makes me feel, the fuel it gives my body and all the health benefits that come along with it. Most importantly I love the way it tastes!

My morning shake recipe changes from time to time, but this summer my protein shake got a little fresher. I started using a recipe that includes fresh basil, freshly squeezed lemon, frozen strawberries and Arbonne’s vegan, gluten free Protein Powder .
