1 Organic Apple, Peeled And Quartered

2 Large Organic Carrots, Cut Into Pieces

1 Piece Of Fresh Organic Ginger, Finely Grated

2 Organic Celery Stalks

1/2 Organic Cucumber, Peeled and Cut In Half

1/2 Organic Lemon

1/2 Cup Organic Parsley, Chopped

2 Tablespoons Of Vegetable Protein Powder, Hemp or Soybean


Put the fruits and vegetables through a juicer.
