120 mLs Of Apple Cider

2 Tablespoons Of Aloe vera Juice

2 Tablespoons Of Liquid Chlorophyll

1 Tablespoon Of Fresh Ground Flax Seeds

1 Tablespoon Of Chia Seeds

Blend all the ingredients and drink straightaway (leaving the drink to sit will allow it to become quite thick and jelly like).
