Beautiful Blooms From One Of My Favourite Clients 

Hello Everyone,

I am happy to share that I am feeling so much better this week, a far cry from the last couple. A healthy trifecta of a wonderful beverage recipe (my sweet health coach Brittany Bird is responsible for that & yes the recipe is below), daily session on the PEMF mat, and being saturated head-to-toe in my favourite go-to essential oils mix have all contributed to have me almost back to my old self. And thank you to everyone who emailed and sent me private messages, so kind of you all. A slightly shorter amount of work days this week, but as we head into the weekend I am heading off for few hours with one of my favourite clients, then home for glass of wine and rack of lamb. Recipe – 1 cup of warm/hot filtered water, 2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice & 1 slice of organic lemon, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey.
