Ingredients
Julienned Cucumber, Carrot, Celery And Red Peppers
Bean Sprouts
Vermicelli Noodles
Basil, Cilantro And Mint
Cooked Chicken, And/Or Mini Cooked Shrimp
Rice Paper
Method
Lay out rice paper then herbs on the bottom of the roll
Next proteins and noodles, sprouts then veggies in the middle about 3/4 down on the rice paper.
Fold just the bottom up once, next the two sides then roll the spring roll up (tutorial video posted at bottom)
My Yummy Peanut Sauce Ingredients
¾ Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Water
3 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
4 1/2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
2 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Garlic Paste
1 Minced Garlic Clove
½ Teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar (optional but so yummy)
Peanut Sauce Method
Whisk them all together and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
