Dressing Ingredients

3 Large Eggs

1 Teaspoon Salt

3/4 Teaspoon Pepper

1 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar

1 1/2 Teaspoon Keene’s Dry Mustard

3 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

4-8 Garlic Cloves – Depending Your Tastebuds

6 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

1 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

6 Drops Tabasco Hot Sauce

6 Drops Worcestershire Sauce

3 Tablespoon Olive Oil

If Desired – 2 Drained Oiled Anchovy Fillets

Dressing Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes until well mixed.

Refrigerate in a sealed jar for 2-3 weeks then discard.
