Panko Bread Crumbs As Needed – 1/4 Cup To 1/2 Cup

Salmon Patty Method
If salmon still has skin, remove it.
Put salmon into bowl of food processor and gently pulse to make small pieces.
Combine salmon with shallots, ginger, egg and red pepper flakes.
Add salt and pepper.
Form into nice-sized patties about the size of hamburger patties.
These patties are very moist so add Panko crumbs as needed.
Gently place the patties onto the parchment-makes about 9 large patties.
Top with parchment and place in freezer until they are fully frozen.
Then simply cut the parchment around the patties and place them into a freezer bag.
Then you can remove them, as needed to cook in the stove or grill
They cook very quickly with just a small amount of vegetable oil.
Serve with the sauce and if desired add lemon or lime wedge.
