Crab And Avocado Dip




1 Large Ripe Avocado – Peeled And Cubed

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon Grated Onion

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 X 227 Gram Container Of Fresh Crab Meat

1 X 8 oz. Package Of Softened Cream Cheese

1/4 Cup Sour Cream Or 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1/4 Teaspoon Salt


Chives, Chopped Finely


In A Blender Or Small Mixer Bowl Combine The Avocado, Onion, Lemon Juice And Worcestershire Sauce.

Blend Or Beat Until Smooth And Creamy.

Add Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, And Salt.

Blend Well.

Stir In Crab Meat.

Spoon Into Serving Dish, Cover With Clear Wrap And Chill.

Top With The Chives And Serve On A Large Platter Surrounded By Taco Chips, Crackers Or With Vegetable Crudites.
