Lemon Infused Water



1 Half Of A Medium Lemon – It’s important to wash and clean your lemon as you are leaving the skin on.

Cut your lemon into thin slices and remove any pips and seeds.

Layer the slices of lemon into the botton of the jug and fill with filtered water.

Don’t Forget To Wash Your Fruits And Vegetables To Remove Pesticides And Other Coatings

Fill a large stainless steel or glass bowl with water and add 1/8 To 1/4 cup of white vinegar, depending on the size of your bowl.

Gently place your fruits and vegetables in the bowl.

Soak for 15 to 20 minutes.

Rinse well with water, taking care with the softer fruits, firm fruit and vegetables can be gently scrubbed with a soft brush. This removes wax and food grade shellac from the skins and peels.

Discard the water/vinegar mix after washing each batch of fruit and vegetables.
