Ingredients
2 To 4 Pieces Of Salmon Fillets Trimmed And Skin Removed – About 1 pound.
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Of Teriyaki Sauce – Preferably A Thick Version
1/8 Cup Orange Juice
1 Tablespoon Of Fresh Grated Ginger
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together briefly then add the salmon in the bowl and gently cover the pieces all over with sauce.
Allow to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
The salmon can then be grilled on the barbecue or under the broiler in your oven.
Barbecue Method
If selecting the barbecue method I recommend you place the salmon on a lightly oiled sheet of foil and cook over medium low heat.
Cook for 3-5 minutes and turn briefly when cooked to your preference – usually 5-7 minutes depending on the portion size.
Remove the salmon from grill and serve.
Broiler Method
Place the salmon on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Grill under medium high heat for approximately 3-5 minutes and turn for an additional couple of minutes until cooked through to your liking.
