I have become super passionate about a 30 Day to Healthy Living Program which I follow consistently. The program supports eliminating the most common allergenic foods and supplying our bodies with the vitamins and nutrients it requires while creating a balanced PH level body using alkaline foods vs. acidic.
Some of my favorite things about the program is that you still get to eat Real food, you experience an increase in energy, which to keep up with today’s society is a huge bonus.
