Quench your thirst, satisfy your hunger + DETOX all at the same time?! Yes, please.

This green machine smoothie has been my go-to for the past few weeks + I love it. I’ve been bringing it to work for an afternoon snack/pick me up + drinking it after dinner! It’s so damn refreshing + I legit feel healthy AF drinking it, kind of obsessed. It’s also the perfect combination for eliminating bloat, clearing skin, hydration + cleansing. Just add cucumber, mint, lemon, water, ice and blend.

The cucumber contains citrulline, an amino acid that has been shown to help the liver and kidneys filter and get rid of ammonia, which causes a lot of damage to our cells. The lemon adds a wonderful tartness and helps regulate digestion. Plus, the mint adds a refreshing quality while doubling the digestion benefits. Mint activates our salivary glands, and the glands that get our digestive enzymes going, which means it’s the perfect bevie after a meal, as it helps our digestion, so drink up! Cheers!
