1 Pound Of Asparagus, With The Ends Trimmed

1 Pound Package Of Italian Prosciutto Slices

1/3 Cup Of Crumbled Feta Cheese

Method

Heat a little grapeseed oil in a skillet on medium heat.

Wrap the asparagus with the prosciutto and cook briefly in the skillet for 2-3 minutes, then place on a serving dish.

Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and serve warm.

Yields 4 servings.
