I love the taste of tropical fruits and starting off my day with loads of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants all in one delicious drink. This smoothie has the perfect fruit-to-vegetable ratio, the spinach has a very mild taste so the stronger tropical flavours of the mango, pineapple and  bananas are highlighted. Ingredients

2 Cups Of Spinach

2 Cups Of Water

1 Cup Of Mango

1 Cup Of Pineapple

2 Bananas

*I Use At Least One Frozen Fruit To Chill My Smoothie, Either The Mango Or Banana.

Method

Tightly pack 2 cups of spinach in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.

Add water and blend together until all the spinach chunks are gone.

Add the mango, pineapple and bananas and blend again until smooth.
