I love meal planning, being organized and having structure makes evening meals so less stressful especially when my weeks are jammed packed with late in the day meetings. After a quick refrigerator and freezer inventory I sat down yesterday at my kitchen table with my computer and some recipe books, made my plan then I headed to the grocery store. Somehow we missed out on our weekly flyer drop so that part was done leaning over the cart inside the store with my list.
