2 Teaspoons Of Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil

10 Drops Of Organic Rosemary Oil

10 Drops Of Organic Eucalyptus Oil

5 Drops Of Organic Cypress Oil

5 Drops Of Organic Thyme Oil

Combine all oils and store in a dark glass bottle.

I disperse mine into glass rollerball bottles for easy application.

Rub it into the affected muscles but remember, if your muscles are really aching, the pain won’t simply subside after one essential oil application. 2 to 3 days of rest with regular application of the essential oil recipe massaged in will be needed to completely recover.

This particular mix of essential oils is generally considered safe for use with children six years and older.
